Service description
LearnMyColors provides an AI-assisted personal color analysis and generates results like a suggested season and palette. Results are informational and may not be accurate for everyone.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Do not upload photos of minors without appropriate permission.
Your content
You may upload photos for analysis. You represent you have the rights to upload them and that they do not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.
- Do not upload illegal content or content you don’t own.
- Do not try to reverse engineer or scrape the service.
Waitlist
If you join the mobile app waitlist, we’ll use your email to notify you about launch and related updates. You can request removal by contacting us.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnMyColors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
